Hello! Now, although Laurelond is back online and I hope some of you who were members might come back, I'm thinking of setting up a new RP site soon. It'll be a sort of fantasy/sci-fi thing with a Lost-like story.

'Apocalyptica' is set in our own world, where a bunch of disasters--nuclear meltdown, volcanic eruption, massive hurricane, epidemic--have all happened at the same day, the same time, (far in our future) at exactly the same second. Together, these disasters--known as 'The Disaster' by those who survive--have wiped out almost all of the world's population.The survivors start to form strange powers...

A corrupt government official from the USA (Jarlzon) joins with a seven-year-old vampire boy (Lucas) and cold, calculating supermodel (Zaida) to become the leaders of the 'Opposition'. He declares himself King, and becomes a tyrant, but he has a deadly secret.

On the other hand, there is the 'Resistance', who fight and defend against this evil king and his companions. They are lead by an old man who has lost his wife and hates the world (Flint) and a motherly, middle aged woman who lost all her children (Tabitha).

Old friends from my former/current stories will appear. Lucas, Julius, and Malcolm from my ongoing story all feature.
